Return Policy

At Under20Buck.com, we strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please review our return policy carefully:

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer

Non-Returnable Items

• Any item with a purchase price under $20 is not eligible for return or exchange
  Sale, clearance, and final markdown items are not returnable
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned
• Downloadable digital products are not returnable

Return Process

1. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting customer service
2. Include the original receipt and RMA number with the return
3. Packages without an RMA number will not be processed
4. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item

Exceptions and Limitations

• Defective items under $20 may be eligible for replacement at our discretion
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
